The bonemancer

Minecraft’s skeletons were recently given their own sorcerers In Minecraft dungeons through the Necromancer and nameless one. They could potentially make It Into vanilla Minecraft themselves, but who could potentially join the two? Who’s the one skeleton who summons bones and has greater ability then the rest?

Meet the bonemancer, a skeleton In blue robes with a pair of glowing blue eyes. They could have 25 HP and be hostile toward players and villagers. They attack by summoning bones as a barrage projectile, and will also summon a line of bones, similar to an evoker’s fangs. They could even dodge If a projectile were to be sent toward them, and summon a bone shield when up close. They could spawn with a group of skeletons In a new “skeleton patrol” which makes them the ones below the Necromancer and the nameless one, who could be a potential boss.

The drops could be bones, gold, and maybe a new “Orb of dark arts”, which allows you to summon the barrage bones yourself. The reason I want the bonemancer Is that we could use a better challenge In the Minecraft world as well as new relics like how we have end crystals and totem of Undying.

Perhaps an advancement called “undead judgement” could be given upon slaying 5 of these magical revenants, which unlocks a "cross-bones hoodie" and a "blue hero mask" as bedrock skin options, as well as a shrug emote to show how lazy you've become now that you've slain them..

I'm down for your opinions and Ideas.

    We have already got so many difficult mobs in recent updates like ravagers, hoglins, and piglin brutes. I don't mind difficult mobs, but you can't complain that the game is too easy until you try to survive the Nether. Like literally just move to the Nether, there are mobs tougher than vindicators there, and currently, there's even a glitch that makes Nether fortresses spawn way too many mobs.

    I do see where you’re coming from, gas powered pick, but here’s how I see It:

    you moved to the nether and already have fully enchanted netherite, with a trident, a power 5 bow and Multishot crossbow, a few totems, and elytra. What are you to do now? Is there any challenge anymore? That’s the problem. There’s no mobs aside from the ravagers and brutes that are considered threats (maybe with the exception of ghasts and charged creepers)

    Adding a whole slew of hostile mobs and bosses would make mob hunting an experience that Is worth It by Making mobs fun to fight then making them just two hit kills with an enchanted netherite sword. The bonemancer and many more (like my Idea of the nekos, as well as the potential for more Illagers, like the returning Illusioner and dungeon’s enchanter and geomancer), It’d make Minecraft challenging for those who played games like dark souls while still being somewhat fair on newer players by giving them powerful new rewards. As a result, we get this balance of many mobs to fight yet still being able to take all of them all on One by one with a diamond sword with enchanted Iron armor. Players could really use something fun to fight considering the updates may not be adding bosses.
