Nether Survival and Hardcore

The Nether update is now out. Exciting new biomes to explore, new armor and mobs! However I feel like it's not at its full potential. This updates main goal was to survive in the Nether. But it's easy for people to get the new armor and blaze rods and say goodbye to this new Nether. I feel like a new tab should be created to switch between the Nether and overworld. And make it possible to beat the game like this. It would be something harder because the Nether is dangerous. No iron but tons of gold. It would be cool to see veterans play this mode in normal survival or hardcore and beat the game like this.
