This Attack Speed enchant is for weapons, the type of this enchant is: powerful

 

1-attack speed increased by 8%

 

2-attack speed increased by 14%

 

3-attack speed increased by 26%

 

i know this is not original, but, is an enchant for the weapons so...

    this would be powerful i think you'd have to have it not stack with something like sharpness or something. or maybe be a chestplate enchant that doesn't stack with the protections?
