Fix Villagers

Villagers shoudn't be so nice to you. If you cure them they would be thankfull for the rest of their life. I recomend that villagers will forgot that you help him and bicouse of that can rise very good and complicate builds for duing that automaticaiy (curing the vilager every 6 trade to a ride.
