What is parity? This category is designed just for features that exist but work one way on one platform, and another way on a different platform. Bugs are not parity! (Java parity) removal of c and p ticks

The current c tick and p tick system on bedrock edition is slow and buggy, a lot of issues would be solved if this system would be removed and instead replaced with a system more similar to the one on Java edition.
