Stop name tagged endermen from teleporting

i would like to keep an enderman as a pet, but to my knowledge this is almost impossible, so i thought what if endermen didnt teleport when named with a nametag or a specific name

    That would be funny XD Just enderman are known as a threat most of the time so I don't think having them as pets would fit the game.
