Storm Beast

A mini boss that can rarely and randomly spawn somewhere in your minecraft world during a thunder storm. Its like a black horse with black wings and red glowing eyes that can spawn a mass of lightning as it appears and leave the land underneath scortched. When killed it will drop black feathers and a enchanted book that has the spell of lightning bolts so you can enchant weapons with lightning summoning abilities.
