Officially Support the Mesa GPU Driver For Fabulous Graphics

In 1.16 Pr-Release 5, a warning list was added for unsupported GPU drivers for the Fabulous graphics setting. The only driver on that list was Mesa. Mesa is an open-source driver for the Linux operating system, and is actively developed. It is the only driver for AMD and Intel graphics on Linux. I do not think there is any good reason a company like Mojang cannot support the largest Linux GPU driver.
