Echo buff idea

Echo enchantment needs a buff to make it more viable and interresting to use.

Level 1: 3 seconds cooldown

Level2: 2 seconds cooldown

Level 3: 1 second cool down

    I agree I think it's just common too, I would like to see it upgraded to powerful and be something like 2, 1, 0.5. Maybe base it off the attack speed of the item instead? For slow items, it is more valuable but for something like daggers, it's practically useless.

    Agreed, I would even go 2,1,0.5 and make it a powerful enchant.
