Remove map based loot

I suggest removing so items can be found on any map except on certain maps.

For example if you wanna find Double axes, you will need to grind Soggy swamp and Soggy cave over and over.

It becomes boring and very repitive. Why not allow us to play any map we want and have a chance for any item in the game to drop.

I love the double axes so I've been grinding Soggy swamp all the time now, would have been nice to be able to play the secret Cow map and still get items like Double axe or Champion's armor.
