New Enchantment : Blood is power

Create a new Enchantment for melee weapon, this ability is to encourage players to kill all mobs instead of skipping them and running to the bosses and chests "Bathe in the blood of your enemies" Gain 1% attack for every enemy killed - last 5 seconds Gain 2% attack for every enemy killed - last 5 seconds Gain 3% attack for every enemy killed - last 5 seconds

    I think it would be more appropriate as a soul enchantment called "Soul Strength" or something like that. It should also be a "Powerful" enchantment, as it could be really overpowered like radiance under certain circumstances.
