Artifact: Chorus Fruit

The chorus fruit artifact would randomly teleport the player within a short distance. The player can only teleport to solid ground. The item cannot teleport the player through walls.

    I think you should be able to teleport through walls and it should give a few seconds of regeneration like other foods in the game. Also, it should try to teleport you away from danger such as behind a crowd of mobs or out of the way of a blast from a boss mob.
