Enderman Afraid of Redstone & Water

Enderman should stay a good distance away from Redstone blocks, dust, all redstone components, and water.

Nothing more annoying when your redstone machine breaks because of an Enderman griefing it or when he removes a block that was holding back a water source and having your entire base be flooded afterwards.

Endermen are already damaged when they touch water(including rain), having them stay a few blocks away from the stuff makes alot of sense.
