Remove Minecraft Discord invite in the splash text and loading tips

Since the Minecraft Discord rarely used by the developers and the staffs, it should make sense to just remove the invite of the Minecraft Discord from the Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Not only it is misleading, but the Discord server itself is already hit the maximum users, so there is no point of getting more users anyway.
