Visual/Texture when water or lava is behind any block

This would be similar to water/lava droplet particles, But would be more of a texture change either like the cracks of laver in magma blocks or something similar..

I feel this could add to the look of some builds such as streams, but would also be benificial and serve as an extra warning while strip mining...
