[Java] More commands work relative to your dimension

    I think in most cases you want it to be global.
    If you turn off mob griefing while being in the overworld, you also want it to be turned off in the nether.

    However, with either a new command like /dimensionrule or a new parameter like /gamerule <rule> <value> [<context>] where context is either global or dimension, this could work.

    Also some commands like /worldborder are already sort-of dimension-specific but only work propely in the overworld (see https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-121997)

    Yip, and I'd like weather to be tied uniquely to dimensions too. I want a stormy world where thunderstorms are more frequent and I can achieve that in some ways with a data pack, but it means that if someone is in the stormy world, then every world becomes stormy, which is not what I want! Nor does it make sense.
