Add a Option to disable camera shaking

Please add an option to disable camera shaking in the setting.
Camera shaking can give headache easily to some people.

    @Berserage1223 There already is one it's called View Bobbing You can turn it's of to stop the shake

    I play in a server where there are custom mobs and armour and always have a terrible headache in dungeons while fighting massive amount of mobs, my camera doesn't stop from shaking and that's just inresistable, so please fix this...
