Potion Effect display

Like you guys did with the attack cool down display can we get an option to display potion effects next to our hotbar?

I feel like it would be better to see what potion effects we have and being able to look at our health at the same time.

Another suggestion is showing the time on each potion effect with out checking our inventory like what terraria does.

    Or you could go a different route with it and just show the symbol for the potion effect slowly disappearing, basically the opposite of the sword cooldown.
