Crouching while placing a plant should place it in the middle of the block

Foliage blocks being randomly offset really helps with making the world feel less repetitive, but it can get in the way sometimes. Like, if I’m making a decorative mini-tree with leaves and a dead bush, I might want to center the bush to make it look less crooked. Bamboo can also be difficult to navigate through, so I might want to plant them in a grid so I don’t get stuck trying to harvest it.
