Hanging platforms in the basalt deltas

Hanging platforms are a new structure that is found in the basalt deltas. It doesnt have any loot or spawners, but can be used as a temporary base in the nether, as it hangs about 6 blocks above the ground, protecting you from the magmacubes.

I think this would be a good idea because the deltas have no structures yet and these wouldnt require much coding.
