endermen speaking "pirate speak"

now there is a theory that the endermens speak distorted English. now i don't really buy it because I'm pretty sure it's same no matter what. but if I'm wrong I want this in the game.

what I want is the endermen to say "arr" when pirate speak is choose. it will be really funny to see it in the game even if no one will hear it.

it's a simple as 1. make at lest one new sound. 2. make it so that when pirate speak is chosen make endermen be able to say arr. 3. pirate endermen.

if you do not want to do it you can make it a rare sound they make as a funny Easter egg if you want.
