I was just thinking about how something like this might be cool, like Jedi Fallen Order's tactical guide!

It’ll be like the journal in Minecraft Earth! Where you can see what you have and have not yet discovered. I love this idea!

Maybe the thing has a location in the description of what levels you will most likely find the thing in.

Would it expand when you get DLC? Obviously it would when the game is updated, but that's just something to think about.

I'm thinking more of a Destiny 2 thing when it comes to weapons because my friends and I are competing to collect the most unique items.

Yes! I was thinking they could add something like this.

it would be like, multiple tabs at the top, mobs, enchantments, artifacts, etc., and then there could be a bar on the side where you can scroll through the mobs. Then, on the right, a picture of the mob or item would be there (for enchantments there would be the enchantment icon, and then a picture of what it does next to it) with a little animation and the stats and description under it.

Excellent idea, this would help the non professional players who cannot remember all the recipes.

I suggest naming it the “Movestiary” or the “Mobestiary of Minecraft Dungeons”. I would like it to give some lore details on the mobs you had discovered recently.

Absolutely. I've been wanting to try new builds out and keep playing. But I don't have the resolve to make a whole excel spreadsheet containing every item and effect. An encyclopedia would be such a great QOL feature as well as a good way to track your stats in-game.

Great parity with the suggestion of empty bookshelves. Maybe a slight chance of finding different themed encyclopedias in generated bookshelves.

You could have a tab for the Uniques, where each one you find is revealed and it will tell you what weapon/armor it is a variant of, and which locations have it, etc.

Maybe, it could be in the little house near the training dummy, where all the other things are (Redstone Monstrosity head, creeper dissection, etc)

I think it should only tell you what you've seen but not show you what kind of stuff there is in total that you haven't seen yet, to keep the mystery still there

It would be similar to the Minecraft Lengends Songbook.

It could be located in the minecraft menu, unlocking concept art, lore/stories, and real-life facts of in-game objects as one progresses with achievements.
