Easy /kill loop fixer

An easy, in-game way to stop commands that repeatedly kill the owner of a world/server in quick succession.

    Or just add a way to stop commandblocks without having to open to LAN.

    (maybe in the pause menu)

    Just do /gamerule commandblockenabled true (I think)

    Good idea, maybe some option on the kill screen that only appears when you have cheats on, that turns off command blocks temporarily. 
    It should also be in the bottom corner I think since it isn't a very important button

    Also fix other commands stuck on loop that cause massive lag.
