New mob in the End city, the endfall?

This new mob looks like the end stone, but it's a bit darker. It's 3x3 blocks big, and flat. The 8 blocks that are on the edge will surround the center block. But, it's just a suggestion, so the design is up to you, Mojang... It will start attacking the player if the player hit the mob, placed a block on it, etc. It will teleport over the player's head, 6 blocks high. It will stay there until the player is too far from 'it'. It will drop small 'things' over the player's head, and I think it should explode and destroy 2x2 blocks. The player can deflect the 'thing' falling from the sky, and that's the only way to kill it if you don't have a bow. I don't know how much health points it will have, or the damage it will do to the player. But, it will die if it's hit 2 times by it's own explosive 'thing'.
I posted this idea because I thought the mob kinds that live in the End are too little. (But I also wanted a cape of my own...My Minecraft nickname is roy610)
