More capes + tiers for them

I find that it would be great to have 3 tiers of capes for certain masteries for minecraft, for example, realm mapmaker capes of different tiers such as tier 1 for 3 points, tier 2 for 5 points and tier 3 for 8 points.

What i would also like is for there to be other cape variants for different achievements such as redstoning, where a contest similar to the realm mapmaking competition would be hosted, but with new ideas for redstoning all-together alongside many other capes for different things in the game.
