Turn off Cheats (Java)

I would like there to be a way to turn off cheats on a world in Java. This can maybe be done in the options menu by the difficulty settings or in the world selector as a way to edit the world.

    This can be done already when editing the world files in %appdata%/.minecraft but an ingame option would be nice too.
