Sun and moon should be blocked by the water

I was watching some videos of sunsets and i realised that the sun and moon can be seen under water because the unloaded chunks dont block the view of the sun, in my opinion it makes no sense and making sunsets over the ocean not as beautiful as it should be, i think the sun should be invisibility behind the water.
