New boss: soul burner

they have 300 health and drop their weapon. They would be like piglins but bigger and with a soul sand and basalt texture burning with soul fire. makes it make soul fire when it's soul burner chain lands on the ground. Souls scream when it hits soul sand temporary freezing you it is summoned when you put soul sand in this shape
