Reduce spectator interia

Specator mode is useful for flying through builds in creative, but the insane amount of inertia is a huge annoyance. When I let go of the W key I don't want to keep on moving 3 blocks, I want to stop. But the inertia makes you very frequently overshoot your target.

Even more annoying, this insane inertia is present in the slowest specator speed. If you turn down your spectator speed that low, you want to line up to something accurately. But the huge amount of inertia makes this alignment impossible.
