Fire wisp

A air speed based creature thats like a mini-boss in the nether. It attaches these fire string onto you and can pull you towards it, and then can knock you back amounts of distance, It can spawn shulker like bullets with a small wither skull inside. It has a wither effect on the bullet. When it hits you, you get slowness and a wither effect. If they explode before they you it gives the wither effect if in range of the splash damage.
