Minecraft Not Item/Block Filter

The Idea is Simple.

In minecraft when you select a block or item you can type "minecraft:item_name" or if you want to target a group of items you type "#minecraft:item_group", my suggestion is to add "!minecraft:item_name" and "!#minecraft:item_group" which will target everything but that specified group or group of items.
