Monster hiding behavior

If creepers, skeletons, zombie, etc. are near sugar cane or tall grass, they should hide in them and pop out when the player is nearby. They should also hide behind walls too.

    Only skeletons, as they are the only ones smart enough to do that. (they can climb ladders too) Maybe that is a little bit of a stretch, though.
