Use multiple entities or blocks as target

So you can fill or change a set of blocks or entities

ex:

/fill ~-5 ~-5 ~-5 ~5 ~5 ~5 air 0 replace stone,dirt,gravel

    Should probably be renamed to “have multiple replace targets in /full command”
