Canceling f.e. email changes from your email and not only your account.

Hi, I just want to suggest a system, that can send you emails after your do an email change to your account or a password change would get you an option for cancelling the change. Let me explain why...

I am in a situation, where someone stole my minecraft account because he disputed an email change on my account (he clearly had control of my email at the time, now it's secured and everything, no problem since then) and then he changed the password. I can't get the password change link on my email and my thought is that he even changed the email. But guess what, I can't see what email it went on and I can't cancel (dispute) this email change because there is no option for this from just the email. I would need to go into my account settings and dispute the change, but I don't have access to that account, so I am in a loop basically. I think that this "system" would help to recover many accounts from such people, who just steal them and then vanish, because there is nothing we can do. And also, I personally think it would lower the high traffic that is happening right now on Mojang support.

Please tell me any feedback to my idea, how it can be improved or if you think something is bad on this idea.
