NBT tag "HurtBy" should be effective to every neutral mobs

When a bee or a zombified piglin was hurt by a mob, their "HurtBy" will be change to the uuid of the mob, then the bee or zombified piglin will attack the mob back. But there isn't this NBT tag on the other neutral mobs.

I think the NBT tag "HurtBy" should be effective to every neutral mobs, it will allow mapmakers to change the "HurtBy" of any neutral mobs(like woves, enderman, polar bears, dolphins), let them attack players
