Lunarwomen Mob (enderwomen)

So I was thinking why are endermen called endermen. I mean obviously because they come from the end and are based off slenderman but why aren't they called enderwomen? I mean, mobs in Minecraft don't have genders so why are they called enderMEN? Anyway so it got me thinking, why don't we have lunarwomen in Minecraft. Similar to endermen (they become hostile when you look at them) but  they have lunar pearls instead. They would be found in the end to make it more interesting because to be honest, after you defeat the enderdragon, the end becomes quite boring. This can open an opportunity for different mobs to be in the end and possibly some different achievements. I thought the Lunarwomen could be white like the opposite of the endermen and maybe  you could breed the lunarwomen and the endermen (like a horse and a donkey) to create another mob called a 'stole' which can be grey. Then I was stuck on what the lunar pearls would do but I had an idea. the lunar pearl could transport you through blocks underground and stop when it reached a space. This would make it dangerous to use because if there isn't any space you would suffocate in the blocks. As it stops transporting at a space,  you could use it to travel to underground bases without a trap door (making it more secret) and to find a cave really quickly. This mob would be great as it promotes feminism and you can use its drop to travel through blocks.
