Villagers who buy coal should also accept charcoal

Villagers who buy coal should also accept charcoal as charcoal is an equivalent to coal.

    Great idea,

    Charcoal and coal have the same smelting time, have mostly the same texture, just charcoal is easier to access, as you can just smelt logs to obtain it. But other than that, it's really the same thing.

    So why won't villagers accept it? There's no reason why not to.
