arrows/mobs set on fire emit light

Any mob/arrow on fire will emit light.

    Might cause performance issues but otherwise good.

    this would be helpful when fighting in the dark, mobs are on fire but it has no light, its blinding especialy in caves, it doesn't need to be excesive, something dim like a redstone torch light power-wise
