Pluck sweet berries with dispensers

If you put shears in a dispenser, and activate it while there is a sweet berry bush with berries on it infront of the dispenser, it will pluck the berries as if a player would right click on the sweet berry bush.

    Just use foxes, farmland, and hoppers. Besides, it doesn't really make sense for dispensers to harvest sweet berries because that isn't a shear exclusive action.
