It can be only found in the soulsand valley. It will be a place where wither skeleton and wither angels reside( i have made a post on Wither Angel). The wither skeleton cant drop their heads which belong to this structure and they will have a white glowing eyes.
- the structure will have a cylindrical thing in b/w and it will be surrounded by a circular plate.
- this place will have traps which can only affect a player.
- at the center of cynlinder it will have a 1 block of netherite and a chest containing loot
- Wither angels are really powerful so the loot is worth it
- there's a chance that a wither skeleton riding a skeleton horse, it can attack at a extreme speed
- if a piglin sees a wither angel within a 15 block radius it wont attack a wither skeleton
The wither skeleton of nether fortress will have a purple glow in their eyes
