Shulkers should spawn when the enderdragon is respawned

"Many people have been asking for a way to respawn Shulkers even before the 1.11 changelog was released. But now that we know that Shulkers will drop a rare and valuable item, this is being requested more and more. Of course, many people say that Shulkers respawning will make Shulkers farmable and the Shulker Box will be relatively OP for the price.

To fix this, I suggest that every time a dragon is killed, a few Shulkers respawn at End Cities. This allows for everyone to have a fair chance at getting Shulkers on servers, yet still makes an afk farm pretty much impossible."

I saw this on reddit. In my opinion this is the best way to have shulkers respawn.

    I feel that that would be slightly overpowered and that there are plenty of shulkers in a single player world for one person. If they were renewable then they wouldn’t be balanced and they’d become too op.

    I am not sure if the ender dragon kill is the right trigger, but I agree that some sort of re spawning of shulkers would be really great. Sure getting the first x shulker boxes is exciting, but after that it becomes boring / tiring and grindy.
