Currently, there are no hostile mobs whose behavior depends on your speed (cats and foxes are not hostile). Thus, I propose the Speedbump. This hostile mob will randomly spawn in air blocks exactly one block over a solid block, on the surface of the overworld. They will be neutral, until their speed is violated. They will come in three variants, green, yellow, and red. Green Speedbumps will require the player to simply walk, and not crouch or sprint. If the player violates this rule within a certain block radius, then the Speedbump will get hostile, and begin to attack the player with dangerous amounts of health for each hit. The Yellow Speedbump will require the player to crouch, and not walk/ run, and the Red Speedbump will require the player to sprint. The Speedbumps will have a massive amount of health. I don’t know what the texture would be like, but it could possibly be akin to the strider texture, colored for each variant.
