Ender Drakes

An idea for a new end mob: the Ender Drake!

It would be a smaller version of the ender dragon and it would spawn naturally at a decent rate around the End islands. There are a few different things it could be good for: it could be an easier source of dragon's breath; it could drop scales that could be used to craft block, tools, and/or weapons; or maybe a player could even tame it.

The Ender Drake could be a new, interesting creature to the End.
