canattack tag

In adventure mode, you cannot place or break blocks without items with special tags (canplaceon and candestroy) allowing you to do so. So it only makes sense that you should not be able to attack anything in adventure mode and you need an item to do so. This makes it harder for annoying players to break minigames and maps simply by punching things.
