Fix the prismarine brick texture

to me, the prismarine brick texture is supposed to look like fish scales, with an interlocking pentagonal design. But with the outer line breaking them up, and the pattern not containing on the inside, it doesn’t look right. Make it look like they’re actually bricks instead of a block with a weird looking crack

    also make them turnable because they always face in the same direction and it can look bad in buildings
