Particle Effects for the Nether Wastes

Idea:
The Nether Wastes should get their own set of particles, to keep up with the other biomes.

I suggest Sparks and Embers: Orange glowing particles that whizz around the hot air not unlike crimson_spore, fading in and out and varying in intensity. Something that would remind you of the atmosphere inside a burning forest, or a volcano.

Reasoning:
The Nether Wastes look pretty barren compared to all the upcoming new Biomes. The simple terrain has nostalgic value and shouldn't be tampered with, yet some improvement is badly needed. Particles are an easy way to breathe new life into the region without altering it too much.
