Summary:
What: A new challenge and a source of iron to make the Soul sand valley more important.
Why: Getting iron in the nether is very tedious, defeating the purpose of the update.
How: A new hostile mob whose drops provide iron ingots.
Details:
This relatively uncommon skeletal mob would sort of resemble a ravager, but have six legs, a body that could pivot left and right (like a salmon) and a blunt skull with one eye socket and a brutish jaw. It would attack by charging at players and ramming them, but would not be able to slow down quickly. It is decked in rusting slabs of ruined armor. Periodically, a wither skeleton could spawn riding one on the armor's semi-intact saddle, making for an epic combat experience! It spawns exclusively in the Soul sand valley, so players would have to avoid soul sand or use soul speed to survive.
This mob drops 1-2 ruined armor items. Ruined armor can be smelted in a furnace to obtain an iron ingot. This lets players get iron in the nether without relying on constant bartering.
