Giving a Strider a Heart of the Sea allows it to traverse water

Simultaneously give another use to Hearts of the Sea and a new method of water travel.

Sea Striders would be a blue variant with ice feet/boots (floatation). Balancing Nether Striders taking constant damage from rain, Sea Striders should take constant damage from desert/savannah biomes.

  • Could require a weakness potion beforehand, to play off of zombie curing mechanics (perhaps a Strider achievement as well).
  • Makes Striders viable, albeit expensive, option in the overworld especially if the sea variant can't breed. 
  • Flappy spines/hair could be filled in to look like fins? Would look good with the current animations.
