Block sound tables should be data-driven, allowing for customizable block sounds.

All these new, unique blocks sounds in 1.16 got me thinking. What if every block in Minecraft had these unique sound effects?

I think it stands out in a weird way that it's only the Nether blocks that do this, so I think it would be awesome for block sound tables to be data-driven, which would allow for any block to draw from its own sound table. For example, different sound effects for every ore in the Overworld, or for every type of leaves. Imagine what blocks in The End would sound like! Purpur would have an otherworldly, ethereal tone to it, End Stone would be slightly bitcrushed...

I think this addition would allow for an unprecedented amount of creativity and freedom in making resource packs.
