Nether Tongue

Nether Tongue:

The Nether "Tongue" Would be a "mouth" that dangles off of the ceiling of the nether roof. Coming out of that mouth would be a very long tongue that dangles almost to the ground waiting for a player (or even other mobs). What should happen if the player runs into it is, it ether grabs one of the players items, (or the player as a whole) and drags them up and eats them or the item (if it where to take items off the player and drag the item up to its mouth the player would take damage when this happens also when the 'tongue' is killed it drops the items it took) . I'am not sure what it should drop as of yet. I'am also not sure about what the name should be. This mob is meant to make traveling with an elytra in the nether a little more difficult.
